POR Patch is a highly concentrated version of POR 15 Rust Preventive Paint, it comes in a tube, and has a consistency of toothpaste, making it an effective metal filler.

A cured mass of POR Patch is virtually indestructible, yet it remains flexible and won't chip or crack. Once dry it is totally impervious to fuels and solvents. It will fill holes in steel, wood, plastic; it is waterproof and non-porous. As a moisture barrier, POR Patch is unsurpassed, and it's bonding characteristics to cured concrete far exceed those of cement and other patching compounds.

POR Patch is easier and less expensive to apply than epoxies because it doesn't require mixing. An application of POR Patch will not only cover up the rust and prevent it from spreading, but will strengthen the underlying metal and seals holes by forming it's own membrane.

What is Fire Seal 2000 ?

For years we've been working on a product to repair cracks, pits or holes in exhaust manifolds, tailpipes, mufflers or other components subjected to high temperatures while in use. Because replacement parts are often difficult or impossible to find, there is a real need for this type of product in the market place. Fire Seal 2000 is a single component (no mixing required) ceramic and stainless steel filled putty that is resistant to fuels, oils and corrosive materials. After it is fully cured, it will withstand temperature up to 1100 degrees celsius. Fire Seal 2000 may be applied to rough-surfaced or sandblasted steel, stainless steel or cast iron. Use a putty knife, small trowel or spatula to apply. Curing: Let Fire Seal 2000 dry for 16 - 24 hours. Begin final cure by idling engine for 10 - 15 minutes at a time. You may sand Fire Seal 2000 after it is fully cured using a file or medium grit sandpaper. Each tube of Fire Seal 2000 contains 2 seperate repair packets.
