Blackcote is a permanent, black glossy topcoat developed for application over POR 15 Rust Preventive Paint and other painted surfaces. Blackcote is non-porous and will not crack, chip or peel. It is amazingly scratch and abrasion resistant and is not sensitive to UV light. Like regular POR 15, it may have tiny imperfections that make it unsuitable as a cosmetic exterior finish. Blackcote works well over other painted surfaces.

There are occasions when you want rust protection over a painted surface but you cannot remove the old paint. Simply clean the surface and topcoat with Blackcote. Blackcote can be brushed or sprayed on.

POR 15 Solvent is recommended for use when spraying Blackcote. One litre of Blackcote will cover approximately 11 metres square.

A durable hard, flexible non porous coating suitable for use as a topcoat over regular POR 15 and other coatings. This abrasion resistant semi gloss black is not sensitive to UV light and is POR 15 tough.

Here is a companion product to the POR 15 Rust Preventive Paint.... a topcoat with all the characteristics of the POR 15 Rust Preventive Paint, but with no sensitivity to UV light. Chassiscoat Black has a smooth, satiny semi-gloss appearance. Like regular POR 15 it may have tiny imperfections that make it unsuitable as a cosmetic exterior finish. Just like regular POR 15 it is strengthened by exposure to moisture, is flexible, non-porous, and very scratch and abrasion resistant.

Sprayed or brushed on frames, floorboards, flat decks, fences and in hundreds of other home and industrial uses, it is unsurpassed as the ultimate exterior protection for metal against rust and corrosion. It has great spread ability 1 litre covers over 11 metres squared.

Whitecote is a glossy, non UV sensitive two pack white topcoat which can be applied over primed painted surfaces. Whitecote maybe applied by brush or sprayed, and will cure like the POR 15 Rust Preventive Paint, to a rock hard, non porous finish that won't crack, chip or peel. It has been hammer tested for POR 15 toughness. It is not sensitive to sunlight, and is highly chemical resistant.

Being a POR 15 moisture cured topcoat makes it ideally suited to all marine uses from decks to engine rooms. Bath recoating is also another popular application of Whitecote.

This non-yellowing, glossy, single pack clear topcoat can be applied to a variety of surfaces, including paint, fibre glass though its most popular application is on woods of all varieties (soft and hard). Once the surface is cleaned of all grease, oil, dust and foreign matter, Pelucid may be applied by brush or sprayed and will cure to a rock hard, non porous finish that won't crack, chip or peel. Pelucid is strengthened by moisture and will even withstand temperatures up to 180 C.

It has good coverage when applied according to the directions and two coats should always be applied.

POR 15 Engine Enamels are a superior quality paint with 80% solids (pigments). Cheap paints use inexpensive fillers to mask their lack of proper pigmentation and depth and they usually contain a high proportion of solvents too. A major breakthrough in clear coat technology, Glisten PC is a high gloss, rock hard, water-clear topcoat designed for spray or brush application over all metal surfaces, including highly polished aluminium and chrome surfaces. Utilizing high solids moisture curing urethanes and performance in adhesion, corrosion protection, flexibility and UV stability. Glisten PC will dry in less than 1 hour, but will take 3 to 4 days to reach maximum hardness. After using the Glisten PC prep products, AP120 and POR 15 Solvent it will bond like no other product you have used before to polished alloys, chrome, polished brass, stainless steel and existing paint work. Glisten PC has many applications, besides the obvious of stopping metals from oxidizing.

It is also excellent at boosting the performance of existing coatings for harsh environments where impact / salt laden / acid can damage regular paints. Glisten PC is also tag proof (graffiti), just use a solvent soaked rag and wipe off without damaging the clear coat.
